Sketchbook Video

This is a video of my brothers Grant and Parker playing baseball! I decided to film my brothers because I am very close to them and have grown up watching them play sports. Baseball is the family favorite and spring season is here so I thought this would work great! I edited the footage in iMovie and added songs to fit the different moods of baseball such as warm-ups, on-deck for hitting, pitching, and hitting the ball. I enjoyed learning new techniques with editing such as slow-motion or speeding up the footage and repeating it multiple times for dramatic effect. My classmates enjoyed this video and one of the comments I read was to make another video with the sound of a bat hitting the ball since that is satisfying for both the athlete and the audience.
